Hire MCLA Initiative
As a graduate, you are connected to an extraordinary resource — your fellow alumni and current MCLA students. You already know that MCLA prepares its graduates to be practical problem solvers and engaged, resilient global citizens.
The Alumni Association has teamed up with MCLA Career Services, and together, we invite you to post internship/externship/ or employment opportunities for your current organization for alumni and current students.
Handshake is MCLA’s centralized online job listing portal accessed by students and alumni. Utilize this network to post full and part time jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities for free.
Let’s #HireMCLA! Let us help you utilize the MCLA student and alumni network and help you find the perfect candidate for your business.

For Alumni Hiring Managers
Alumni can recruit at MCLA via Handshake for a variety of positions; including internship, part-time, full-time, on-campus, co-ops, service-learning or volunteering opportunities. Employers can also check with individual colleges or departments to see what types of positions or events they support or recommend.
Alumni hiring managers may also consider participating in an upcoming career fair or event. A list of career fairs for the upcoming academic year is online and is just one way to keep up to date on career fairs held at MCLA. Once your company has set up an employer account on Handshake, they will be able to see a list of career fairs, events, programs, and much more updated in real-time.
Have a mid or senior-level position available? Email info and a job link to Kate Gigliotti at alumni@mcla.edu to post on Alumni Association and CSSE social media platforms.
