Class & Affinity Agent Program
The Class Agent Program is comprised of an exceptional group of volunteers who play a crucial role in the success of the College’s alumni engagement. Class Agents serve primarily as communication conduits to help share campus news, alumni events, college happenings, and more.
Each month, Class Agents will receive an email containing updates, which we encourage them to share with their classmates. The Alumni Office will supply a current class contact list to make it easy to do so. We ask Class Agents to keep us informed if they learn that the contact information we provide is out of date.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Share emails and social media posts that are sent out by the Alumni Office
- Encourage classmates to attend MCLA events
- Submit names of those who should be considered for an alumni award, spotlight, or Trailhead magazine story
- Encourage classmates to update their information with MCLA
- Work with the Alumni Office to plan significant anniversary class year events — particularly for 10th, 25th, and 50th reunions
- Participate in the Outreach Committee of the Alumni Association Board of Directors if they wish
Affinity Agents, which are similar to Class Agents, are focused around a shared interest or graduate program. We are particularly seeking Affinity Agents for alums from the MBA and M.Ed. programs.
