Donald Gorman '76 passed away May 27, 2026.

David M. Curley '77 recently reconnected with memories of working on The Seed, the NASC student newspaper, and shared that he remains close friends with several classmates and hockey teammates. He retired after more than 40 years in the Rockport School System, where he served in a variety of educational and coaching roles, including high school hockey and soccer. David and his wife, Christine (Brophy) Curley, enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, and skiing, while also spending time with their mothers, ages 95 and 94.

June (Falcone) Jones '77 had a long career as a government microbiologist and later as an 8th grade special education math and science teacher. She is now retired and enjoying family life with her husband, two sons, and two grandchildren. Her oldest son was featured on Netflix's Love on the Spectrum.

Dr. David Ortendahl '05 was recently appointed as Senior Executive Director, Corporate Relations at The University of Massachusetts Foundation. He will serve as their senior ambassador to industry, building and deepening corporate partnerships that advance UMass Amherst's research enterprise, talent development priorities, and economic development mission across the Pioneer Valley and the Commonwealth. Dave will design and lead the Foundation's corporate relations strategies, from building relationship management frameworks and developing prospects to coordinating across academic units and stewarding strategic corporate accounts.

Warren Roaf '77, lives in Bennington, VT with his wife, Carol (Herrin) Roaf '77. Warren is a retired educator, author and mental health advocate. After careers as a social studies teacher and middle school principal, he later worked as a tour guide at Boston's Fenway Park, combining his love of history and baseball. His writing focuses on hope, resilience, and mental health awareness through memoir, poetry, and personal reflection. Warren and Carol have two sons and one grandchild.
