Class Notes 9/17/2026   Jennifer Schneider '98 has been writing thrillers and suspense novels under the pen name Jenna Moquin. She recently received nominations for the Book Tok Indie Author Awards and three of her books were featured in a recent Women.com article highlighting books that fans of Freida McFadden's thrillers may enjoy. Class Notes 9/16/2026   Edward Brzezinski, M.Ed. '66 is happily retired, enjoying spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as vacationing in Cancun. Class Notes 9/16/2026   Mike Driscoll '07 has accepted the position of Facilities Technology Manager at the University of Vermont. Class Notes 9/16/2026   Carla (Daugherty) Holness '95 was recently recognized as 1 of 6 extraordinary mentors by Women of Tomorrow, an organization devoted to assisting young women across South Florida. Additionally, Carla was asked to record a video for rising Seniors on promoting the importance of working on college applications. Class Notes 9/14/2026   Edmund McCormack '87 passed away September 12, 2026. Class Notes 9/9/2026   John Allen, M.Ed. '65 passed away September 2, 2026. Class Notes 9/7/2026   Mary Beth Allen '77 reports that she has completed an incredibly satisfying career in cybersecurity and retired last March. She has traveled to many places - Morocco, France, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Hawaii and several times to Italy. She even skied Mt. Etna in April one year while the volcano was smoking a little bit (on the other side from the ski area!). Class Notes 9/3/2026   Carol Spector '82 has retired from Emerson College. Class Notes 8/26/2026   Mark Tamul '80 was selected to be caucus chairman for Senate district 12 for the Texas Republican Conventions in June 2026. Class Notes 8/25/2026   Ronald Lagowski '73 passed away August 23, 2026. Class Notes 8/20/2026   Class Notes 8/17/2026   Jennifer (Smith) Huberdeau '00 has received two national awards for her writing: 2026 Excellence in Journalism Award from NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ+ Journalists for her arts criticism and was first place in the Society for Features Journalism’s 2026 Excellence-in-Features competition for Arts & Culture Criticism Portfolio. She has also been published in the anthology “Haunted Travels Anthology Vol. 2. Her son, Isaac, will graduate from MCLA in Spring 2027. Class Notes 8/12/2026   Dawn Wanner '92 has started a new position. She's the Intake Coordinator/Office Manager for TLC Wellness, an insurance-based outpatient therapy office in Audubon, PA. She also shared that she will be celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary next month. Class Notes 8/11/2026   Kelita Alarcon '22 welcomed Issella Alicia Martinez-Alarcon on June 5, 2026. She said it's the biggest blessing and addition to my family.
